Digital transformation has become a necessity for Sharia microfinance institutions to maintain competitiveness and improve service delivery in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the implementation and impact of the U-Mobile SIBMT application at BMT Al Yaman, focusing on how this digital tool enhances operational efficiency and service quality. Using a qualitative case study method, data were gathered through field observations, interviews with management and staff, and document reviews during the internship period. The results demonstrate that the adoption of U-Mobile SIBMT has successfully streamlined operational workflows, particularly for Account Officers, by enabling real-time transaction processing and eliminating manual, paper-based recording. This shift has significantly reduced transaction times for members and minimized data entry errors, fostering greater transparency and professional service. The study concludes that the integration of mobile-based technology is a critical factor in the digital transformation of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). Such advancements not only optimize internal efficiency but also elevate member satisfaction, ensuring the long-term sustainability of Islamic microfinance institutions in an increasingly digital environment.
