In the education process, each individual has their own learning style. Learning style can be said to be a person's tendency to adapt a particular learning strategy by searching and trying. This method differs from one student to another. An appropriate learning style is the key to success for a student in learning and overcoming learning difficulties. The focus of this research lies in how to overcome students' learning difficulties by knowing students' learning styles. In determining learning styles, researchers used visual, audio, and kinesthetic (VAK) approaches, observational studies, experimental studies and surveys, and questionnaires. The research uses observational studies and experimental studies with a descriptive-qualitative approach. This research was conducted in a natural setting at MA Sayyid Ahmad Srono - Banyuwangi. This data was taken by researchers going directly to MA Sayyid Ahmad Pondok Pesantren Sunni. Data was collected through interviews, observing the teaching and learning process. The main objective is to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object or subject being studied accurately. With the hope of making a contribution to the world of education. Especially related to overcoming student learning difficulties. In knowing students' learning styles, teachers at MA Sayyid Ahmad do not use any particular theory but instead combine several STIFIn and multiple intelligence theories. Teachers still use old models of learning strategies and are not based on students' learning styles. MA Sayyid Ahmad's students have difficulty learning because they don't pay attention to learning styles. Based on experimental and observational results, researchers suggest: (1) so that the learning process carried out can run effectively and be followed by students, teachers need to recognize students' learning styles, (2) madrasas need to collaborate with other parties who have the ability to carry out assessments related to style. student learning, (3) madrasas need to equip teachers with practical knowledge and skills regarding student learning styles, (4) guidance and counseling (BK) teachers need to facilitate the introduction of student learning styles.
