Manajemen Bimbingan Islam Terhadap Peserta Mtq (Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur’an) Kabupaten Bangka Tengah

Abstract

Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an is one of the annual phenomena held in Indonesia. LPTQ as an institution for developing and fostering the spirit of the Islamic generation who love the Islamic way of life, of course, must be able to manage these activities. One of them that was carried out in Central Bangka Regency was Islamic guidance to MTQ or STQ participants. This research uses descriptive qualitative by taking the research location at LPTQ Central Bangka Regency focused on the management of Islamic guidance given to the participants of the competition. The research findings show that the coaching carried out by this institution contains a management concept consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring or evaluating starting from the implementation schedule, mentoring participants, teaching materials, mental formation, and appreciation in the form of awards given to successful participants.
