Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of make a match type cooperative learning strategies in learning Fiqh with Jinayah material, and to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects through make a match in class XI B, which has 30 students. This study used Classroom Action Research in 2 cycles. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, student ability tests, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that in cycle I for teacher activities a score of 44 was included in the good category and student activities scored 9 were included in the sufficient category. While in cycle II the activity of teachers and students increased where teacher activity obtained a score of 56 and students obtained a score of 14 by both achieving very good categories. Thus, it can be concluded that: 1). The application of the cooperative learning type of make a match learning strategy, namely students are formed in two groups, carrying question and answer cards, then looking for pairs of cards and those who can match the cards before the time limit are given points. 2). The increase in student learning outcomes was greatly increased by looking at the pre-cycle average percentage of 40%, in the first cycle the results obtained reached an average of 60%, the second cycle increased to an average of 90%.
